Case Study
A young company found through AI search, with only a website
A new ecological services company has no track record for anyone to search, and more of its customers ask an AI assistant instead of scrolling search results. Those assistants recommend businesses they can understand: what the company does, where it works, and why it fits the question.
So the website had to be more than a good-looking brochure. It had to be the thing search engines and AI assistants find, read and trust.
A clean rebuild of meadowcraftes.com as a fast static Astro site. Each service has its own page, the service area is stated plainly, and every page carries LocalBusiness structured data, a title and description within search engines' limits, and a share image. The site has one canonical address, a sitemap, and tells Bing when pages change, which matters because Copilot answers from Bing.
Every form writes to Meadowcraft's own database, syncs to the mailing list and alerts the owners, so no inquiry depends on someone checking a third-party dashboard. The direct mail campaign has its own landing page on the same system.
A prospect found Meadowcraft through Microsoft Copilot, and that lead and its sales cycle came from the website alone. For a young company with no other channel behind it, that is the proof that the work on search and AI optimization pays.
